Well, Gerry predicted I'd be along soon - only I was in Orlando taking the girls to 6 days of theme parks(!!) - and yes we can help.

At Premier Contact we specialise in voice-to-voice communication. This covers inbound as well as outbound calls with our highly professional team based just outside Edinburgh - though I myself am based South of the border (not Mexico way though - an old joke I'm afraid).

Hi Kate, Like John at Sense Scotland, we at Children Today have used Relationship Marketing Limited for many years. Their service is excellent, they are committed to the sector and their clients. One of the most significant aspects of this service is in terms of accountability. All calls made on behalf of the client are recorded and these are always available and can be e-mailed. I have found this to be invaluable for monitoring and tracking campaigns. For Children Today working with Relationship Marketing has been a very positive experience and all our donor acquisition and development programmes are handled by their teams in England and Scotland.

For 8 years we - Sense Scotland - have used Relationship Marketing and they are excellent. We use them for acquisition, retention and upgrades and can recommend them for cost and service. It's many years since I used one, and they were in Edinburgh (I believe, too, that they have since ceased to exist) so I can't make a recommendation within your criteria.

However, here http://www.directory.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk/ would be a good place to start.

I'm fairly sure Keith Grinstead will be along shortly - he does this type of work, and he seems like a nice guy, but I've no experience of his service.
