Intelligent Giving offers free webinar on online fundraising

charity-evaluation website Intelligent Giving is hosting a free webinar next week entitled "the Internet and Fundraising: threat or opportunity?"

The hour-long interactive discussion is designed to give practical help and advice to charities wanting to become more effective online.

The panel of expert speakers consists of Nathaniel Ashford (Website and eCommunications manager at ActionAid), Jon Brooks (Managing Director of the Big Give), Howard Lake (Director of UK Fundraising) and Jonathan Waddingham (Charity Champion at JustGiving).

The webinar will comprise a 45-minute panel discussion, live over the Internet. It will be followed by 15 minutes questions and answers, based on questions sent in live by the audience.

Topics covered will include:

• How to take advantage of free tools on the Internet.

• How social networking can dramatically improve the relationship between charities and donors.

• How charities have successfully integrated their Internet and fundraising strategies.

The webinar will be held on Tuesday 4th November at 3pm.
