Rosa appoints experienced fundraiser as Executive Director

Rosa, the first UK-wide Fund for women and girls, has appointed Jackie Mendoza as Executive Director. Jackie was previously Interim Development Director at the Fund and ran her own fundraising consultancy.

Her remit will be to move Rosa through her next stage of development focusing on income generation, raising awareness of Rosa's work, and promoting the need for funding of the UK women's sector.

Maggie Baxter, Chair of Rosa said: “We are delighted that Jackie has accepted the role. Her wealth of experience and track record in income generation and marketing communications made her the ideal choice for Rosa. The Board and I look forward to working with her to help Rosa champion women by becoming a significant funder and advocate for the women's sector."
