Two new appointments at The Phone Room

Direct donor recruitment and development specialists The Phone Room, have appointed Helen Bath Client Services Director and Melanie Paterson as an Account Manager.

Helen Bath joins the Oxford-based agency's Senior Management Team from Oxfam where she had worked for five years as Head of Supporter Services. She will lead the marketing, client and sales strategy for the company.

Melanie Paterson joined the agency recently to cover the maternity leave of Sarah Mill. She brings with her several years experience in managing client campaigns for a face-to-face fundraising agency.
