Howard Lake | 20 April 2011 | News

Delyth Morgan has been appointed as the new Chief Executive at Breast Cancer Campaign. She will take over from Pamela Goldberg, who is retiring from the charity after 16 years as Chief Executive, during which time the organisation has grown from four to 58 staff.
Morgan has spent 10 years as Chief Executive at Breakthrough Breast Cancer, before which she worked at Shelter, Workplace Nurseries Campaign and Asthma UK.
After becoming a life peer, she was appointed to Government in 2007, when she served as Children’s Minister for the Department of Children Schools and Families, Minister for Intellectual Property and Quality at the Department of Innovation, Universities and Skills and Government spokesperson for the Department of Work and Pensions in the House of Lords.
She will take over as Chief Executive from 1 July.
