New head of fundraising at Pilgrimage Trust

George Overton has joined the Pilgrimage Trust to lead the charity's fundraising and marketing functions. The Trust offers holidays in Lourdes, France, for thousands of disabled children and adults every year.

He joined the Trust after nearly 15 years in fundraising from major donors, direct mail, legacies and trusts, at national charities such as Home-Start UK, Methodist Homes for the Aged, and the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
