Telephone fundraising specialist Pure has formed a strategic alliance with Stratcom, the Canadian fundraising and communications consultancy.
Running programmes from Pure's Brighton call centre, both companies will offer expanded services to their clients, including inbound call services, engagement tools such as Telephone Town Halls, new donor acquisition programs and micro-targeting. Stratcom will be opening a London office and delivering services to UK and European clients such as polling, communications, advocacy and political campaign strategy.
Together, the companies will use their three call centres in Brighton, Vancouver and Toronto to call not only domestically in the UK and Canada respectively but also internationally.
Stratcom CEO Bob Penner said: "This international alliance will combine the knowledge and experience on two continents benefitting all of our clients, as well as expanding capacity, capabilities, and time zone coverage."
Pure's clients include Cancer Research UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care, the Royal British Legion and Diabetes UK. Stratcom's clients include the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, The Canadian Cancer Society, Association for Fundraising Professionals, The David Suzuki Foundation and Oxfam.
