Telephone fundraising specialists Pell & Bales have been asked by The Royal British Legion to advise and work on a comprehensive fundraising programme including donor acquisition, supporter retention and lottery giving. The contract will run for three years.
The Legion appointed the agency after a tendering process and a three-month calling trial.
Pell & Bales have begun working with 21 new charity clients this year, including Alzheimer's Research UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care and World Cancer Research Fund.
