Access' acquisition of thankQ at the end of last year enables it to offer integrated financial software and CRM fundraising. As well as HR and payroll solutions, it recently launched Access aCloud platform for clients, including charities, to use to handle document management and team management functions.

Barr said: "Access' already strong portfolio of tightly integrated on-premise and cloud solutions has recently been bolstered by the acquisition of thankQ… I'll be responsible for the direction of the product roadmap, ensuring it remains relevant to the sector, alongside the integration of new products into the suite through internal development and acquisition."
