Sport Relief expands to include cycling and swimming events

Sport Relief returns next year and with a difference. In addition to its Sport Relief Mile running events, it will now operate a series of swimming and cycling events.
The events will take place across the country from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 March 2014. There will even be events at London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The 2014 campaign is entitled 'the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Games'. Olympians Sir Chris Hoy, Jonnie Peacock and Rebecca Adlington are promoting it.

In the promotional video they ask the public to consider:
- cycling three, 25 or 55 miles
- running one, three or six miles
- swimming 1.5, 2.5 or 5km
The voiceover adds: "In 2012 it was their Games. In 2014 it's your Games".
