TM Retail choose ChildLine as charity of the year

ChildLine has announced a year-long partnership with TM Retail, whose 1400 stores trade as Martin's, McColl's, Forbuoys and Dillons.

Through a combination of staff fundraising events and initiatives, and customer donations to on-counter collection boxes, the company hopes to raise over £100,000 for ChildLine.

National Trust launch new affinity credit card

The National Trust, in association with MBNA Europe Ltd. has launched the new National Trust MasterCard, which aims to raise more than £2 million in five years for its continuing conservation work.

The Trust will receive £15 from the first transaction made after the opening of a new account, 30 pence for every £100 spent and £2 annually for every card which remains active.
