Oxfam in Gift Aid telemarketing campaign

Oxfam has appointed The Listening Company to handle a telemarketing campaign to secure uptake of the Gift Aid scheme.

The call centre business will be contacting 20,000 Oxfam supporters who have yet to opt in to the Gift Aid scheme.

Shelter runs online questionnaire

Housing charity Shelter is running its first online questionnaire to help them improve their Web-based services.

It is not a standard questionnaire but instead asks respondents to sort elements of Shelter's services into groups.

The prestigious IIP award, an official government standard for staff training and development, was conferred on TPR after two years of formal assessments.
