Short shrift for Red Cross fundraising

International Development Secretary Clare Short accused the Red Cross and other agencies of launching pointless fundraising appeals on the back of international disasters and emergencies.

San Francisco Opera is offering secure transaction facilities to allow supporters to pay membership fees.

"So far we are still the first opera company anywhere to have a secure credit card join page", says David Newhoff of the Development Department.

Fundbase is available in international English and is distributed as shareware. It can then be registered for £30.
