The European Citizen Advice Service (ECAS) has published the 11th edition of its Guide to European Union Funding.

The fully updated guide covers how the EU's budget is decided, how European foundations function, how Structural Funds work, and which internal and external budget lines are open to NGOs.

The guide costs €39.
