Meeting the big givers

Participants will have an unusual opportunity to meet big givers one-to-one and in a small group in a workshop run by Midas next month in London.

Midas will be holding its annual big gift workshop on 7 and 8 June 2005. "Big Gifts with Big Givers" will take place at Help the Hospices, London WC1.

A single donor yesterday made an online donation of £20,000 through Bmycharity's secure online fundraising service.

The UK-based donor gave £20,000 in a single online transaction on 20 December 2004, setting a new record for the largest donation ever processed by Bmycharity.
