Prospecting for Gold has grown out of the research unit established 12 years ago by Charity Consultants Ltd to support its work with clients on capital appeals.

Scotland's Top 100 Earners

The Scotsman has published a list of the top 100 earners in Scotland.

Published in four parts, the feature lists each earner by name, occupation and position, and annual estimated income. At number 100 is artist Jack Vettriano with £260,000 and at number one is author JK Rowling with an annual estimated income of £31.2 million.

The Researchers in Fundraising conference is taking place on 17 September 2003 at NCVO in north London.

The speakers at this fundraising research conference are US researcher Helen Brown and Christopher Murphy who is an expert on examining company reports.

Future rich list predicted

The Royal Bank of Scotland has listed the top 20 under-21s in the UK likely to become millionaires.

The list includes actors such as Keira Knightley and Jamie Bell, but top of the list is 19-year-old Carl Churchill, who co-founded DMC Internet in July 2000.

The list was compiled by Sunday Times Rich List author Philip Beresford.

Broadcast publishes list of wealthiest media people

Broadcast magazine has published its Rich List 2003, detailing the salaries of the wealthiest people in the media sector.

The list is published in the 15 August 2003 issue and online, although you need to pay to register to access the latter.
