Hello there

I am looking for some advice as to best practice. We have been offered a legacy from a beneficiary who is in difficult financial circumstances. She has asked for help with her solicitor's fees from the Elizabeth Finn Trust. I'd like some advice from people who have been in this situation, obviously I am concerned about undue influence and on the other hand rejecting a gift.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
