Free Fundraising with Bag2School

Bag2School have come up with an ingenious way of involving parents and guardians to participate and contribute in raising money for your school P.T.A. with minimum effort and maximum financial return for the committee.

Since September 2001 over 15,000 schools have had collections in partnership with Bag2School and raised over 4 Million pounds!

No financial outlay, minimal organisation and no storage requirements. Our campaign involves the collection of good quality second-hand clothing, belts, shoes, handbags, bedding and curtains. We provide personalised collection bags free of charge. The collection is then weighed and a cheque is posted to you 28 days after the collection date. Should you prefer the cheque can be made payable to a fund/charity other than the school.

Bag2School is a business that exports clothes for re-use in Eastern Europe and Africa. The vast majority of the 1 million tonnes of clothing discarded annually in the UK is exported to these destinations; regardless of whether it is given to a charity or clothing bank. So not only do you raise funds and assist the environment you help to provide good quality clothing at affordable prices.

Bag2School currently pays £200 per tonne (20p per kg) with the opportunity to earn an Additional Bonus of 50%! (£300 Per Tonne/30p per kg) It's so easy, just book 2 collection dates when you ring.
