The site's home page announces that "Free2give Limited and Free2give Holdings have closed down and are no longer operating an online shopping village on behalf of UK charities."

A Guildford charity has started selling a key ring that doubles as a £1 coin holder, ideal for shopping trolleys or lockers.

CHASE Children's Hospice Service in Guildford hope that their new keyring will prove useful to people who arrive at the supermarket or gym and can't find a £1 coin to put in the shopping trolley slot or to access the lockers.

For the second year running retailer Topman will be selling T-shirts in June to raise funds for Everyman during male cancer awareness month.

June 2003 marks the sixth annual everyman male cancer awareness month. This year's T-shirts from Topman feature a tongue-in-cheek approach to this serious issue.

Breast Cancer Campaign says 'wear it pink'

The Breast Cancer Campaign is encouraging people to wear pink to raise funds on 31 October 2003.

The British Heart Foundation is encouraging people to wear red in June 2003 to raise funds. If that's not quite your colour, then you could always wear pink a little later in the year for the Breast Cancer Campaign.
