Have you ever found yourself with a great idea about how to make the world a better place but haven't had the courage to do it? What about wondering why it is that some people seem to have the ability to get their own way more easily than you do?

Well, it's not magic - though it can seem like that. Aware Plus Ltd have put their heads together and come up with a fantastic new one-day training day called "Do it!" where they'll work with you to show you how to find that little bit more confidence you need to take your Big Idea and run with it... and how to get other people to let you!

You'll get to see some of the nerve-combating techniques used by professional actors, dancers and even Olympic athletes and get to themselves focused and ready to step up and do what they're afraid of: you'll also hear some of the new methods developed by psychologists for developing long-term assurance.

For anyone with ideas about how to make the world a little bit better but who hasn't yet dared, this one-day course is the ideal first step. Attendance is limited to members of the charity and voluntary sector communities and numbers are strictly limited. As well as all the techniques you'll get on the day you'll get
