At 10 minutes this is a little long, but this New Zealand animal charity is using YouTube to share advice on street collecting.
The first three minutes is taken up with an introduction to the charity. One would imagine that the people viewing the video are already supporters in some way. Still, given the video's posting on YouTube, the introduction has a use now for people coming across the organisation for the first time.
