Danny Antrobus provides an update on developments in the South Yorkshire Funding Advice Bureau (SYFAB)'s Digital Makeover project.
New initiatives include using online surveys using SurveyMonkey.com for monitoring and evaluation, CTT's Dotmailer email campaign tool for communicating and consulting with service users, and online collaborative software such as Basecamp and Writeboards for working together on projects.
SYFAB are also looking at how they can get their service users more involved in generating a useful alternative source of information on funding, initially using a Wordpress blog.
